Vallejo Game Color Sepia Wash (17ml)

The Game Color range is a collection of vivid colors specially developed for painting all kinds of fantasy figures and models. These colors can be easily applied and mixed with one another, drying to a matte and self-leveling finish without leaving any brush stroke marks. The pigments used have been carefully selected for their brilliance, maximum stability, and light fastness. The formulation of these colors, utilizing the most recently developed acrylic resins, guarantees perfect adherence and permanence on a variety of surfaces, including plastic, resin, and metal. Any errors can be immediately corrected with water or alcohol, and once dry, the colors are waterproof and permanent.

Included in the range is a series of extra opaque colors, which cover all primers and bases in a single coat. These high-opacity colors contain more pigment and are less fluid than the regular Game Color series. The inks in the range are transparent and can be used with a brush or airbrush without prior dilution. They are employed to unify, shade, and blend the colors, as well as to create effects of light and shadow. These inks can be mixed with all other acrylic colors.

The Game Color range also includes a new series of 7 specially formulated colors designed to reproduce the texture and effects of blood, vomit, crusts, rust, and oxides. The washes are highly liquid and transparent acrylics, intended to bring forth depths and details of shadow and contrast. The resin used has been modified to achieve maximum transparency and a delayed drying time, allowing for the removal of excess product when dripping and pouring the wash into the recesses of the figures.

Additionally, the Dipping Washes, presented in a wide-mouth jar (contents 200 ml.), are available in Sepia and Black only. The jar format and the special formulation of these 2 washes enable a quick shadowing of figures by means of dipping them into the jar.

The Game Color range also includes a series of mediums, which can be used to enhance and modify the properties of the colors. These mediums can be used to adjust the texture, transparency, and flow of the paints, allowing for greater versatility and creative expression.
